The barrels are arranged in a single layer to facilitate the work of filling and analyzing them in order to monitor their health conditions perfect. The wines go through new and used barrels of French and American oak with a maximum life of three years. Breeding ranges from twelve to twenty-four months, depending on the type of wine.
