The wine is made from a selection of very old vineyards, looking for vineyards located on sandy grounds and with pebbles, providing a better ripening and greater fruit intensity. Vinification by towns, it is elaborated in tanks of concrete and stainless steel. The malolactic fermentation is carried out in wooden vats and then aged for 14 months in French oak barrels.
