- TASTING NOTES: Intense cherry red color still remains some violaceous hue, high color charge. Very clean, intensive complex aromas of black fruit and notes of toffee nose. The palate elegant, silky, round, velvety, very easy to drink.
- BARREL AGING: 24 months
Wines of 'Fisheries' is always made from whole, destemmed fruit. Fermentation at a controlled temperature, lasting two to three weeks. After pressed, without clarification, the wine go straight to a wise and subtle combination of barrels of American and French oak with different toast. There they will rest, between frequent racking for 18 months 'Pesquera wines' and not less than 24 months 'Reservations' and 'Gran Reserva'.
