Elaboration Acantus Tinto

The elaboration of the different varieties that compose this wine was carried out separately in order to obtain the maximum varietal typicity.

The winery Casa del Valle

Bodegas y Viñedos Casa del Valle represents the heritage of the culture and philosophy of the Châteaux. From this area of ??Castilla La Mancha, we produce wines following the philosophy of the Pago Wines with grapes from the 82 hectares of new vineyards that surround a winery with spectacular views. Due to its good breeding behavior and its way of adapting to our production characteristics, we chose the Sauvignon Blanc (white), Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah (inks) varieties. From them we can make wines of deep character and personality, thinking about new tastes, new consumers, new sensations that we want to transmit to those who live the world of wine with curiosity and complete freedom.

The Denomination of V.T Castilla-La Mancha

The types of wines that can be made in the PGI Vinos de la Tierra de Castilla are: white, rosé and red wines; needle wines; sparkling wines; liquor wines; and wines of ripe grapes.
The designation of origin Wines of the Land of Castilla La Mancha is a geographical indication for wines that are made with grapes produced in this autonomous community. The approval of this denomination came in 1999.
The law by which this indication is created allows the use of it for all wines that have been obtained entirely with grapes from the region. Castilla La Mancha took the initiative in the revolution that the world of wine is experiencing in Spain and created a regional wine, a product that can compete in international markets on equal terms.
