The nose has a high intensity, is very fragrant, fruity and floral, fresh and clean, reminding stone fruit (peach and apricot). The mouth is a very powerful, clean, smooth and satiny wine with a well-integrated acidity. It has a good structure and smoothness.

The harvest is destemmed and crushed and then transferred to the pneumatic press; After the must is destined to a deposit to unstuff (decant) during a day, at the end of that time the clean part is separated with fermentation (18º C) and the sludge is filtered with the empty filter. After the fermentation the wine is racked to separate it from the lees.
The next process is cold stabilization, subjecting the wine to 5ºC in an isothermal tank for a week to precipitate the bitartrates. After this week the wine is taken out of the cold, filtering through the land and then proceeding with amicrobial filtering and bottling.
