Elaboration Baigorri Finca La Quintanilla 

Grapes selected and picked by hand on the farm, in boxes of 10 kilos. Selected again in the cellar on vibration tables and separated by weight. Long intracellular macerations with native Baigorri yeasts. Fermented in 5,000-liter vats and malolactic fermentation carried out in 225-liter wooden barrels.

The Baigorri winery

Located in the town of Samaniego and under the Sierra de Cantabria is Bodegas BAIGORRI.
A glass box perfectly integrated into its environment, which emerges in an emblematic place in the Rioja Alavesa.
There is no reception hopper and no pumps are used to transfer the grapes or to remount the deposits that could damage it, from the selection tables to bottling along the different underground plants of the winery, thus optimizing all the phases of the process.

Designation of origin Baigorri Finca La Quintanilla 

Located in the DO Rioja, a name that dates back to the end of the 19th century, but was not officially formed until 1925.
The area that houses this designation of origin encompasses the autonomous communities of Rioja and the Basque Country.
The grapes produced in this denomination are: Tempranillo, Garnacha Tinta, Mazuelo, Graciano and Maturana Tinta
