- TASTING NOTES: This is a wine that is identified with aged wines of Rioja, with the peculiar character of the terroir of Aldeanueva de Ebro and Real Rubio winery. The Graciano variety attached to classic tempranillo wine endorse colorful, rotund acidity. On the nose, the French oak blends with red fruits, vanilla. Powerful on the palate, long step, we find a mature tannins, kind, full wine harmony.

Special features of the wine:
This wine is made from the winery's own vineyards. The distance from the winery to the vineyards is less than 10 km, thus avoiding the fermentation of the grapes on the road.
During the month of August constant controls of the grape are carried out, in order to carry out the harvest at the ideal moment. This is done at night to better preserve the characteristic of the grape, and by hand. For this wine the harvest is made in mid-October.
The musts remain macerating for a period of 10 days, together with the skins until the tannins stabilize.
In the case of this wine, it is introduced in French oak barrels for 12 months, and in American oak barrels for 6 months. After performing constant checks and tastings, it is said when it is time to bottle it, valuing its aromas.

It is a red wine with 18 months of aging, very balanced, fresh and persistent in the mouth.

This wine is made with Tempranillo grapes in 80% and 20% Graciano grapes.
In their vineyards that have more than 90 hectares of their own vineyards, they do not use insecticides of any kind. They have organic vineyards, and plots of vineyards for research.
An important issue is the orientation of each strain that they take care to the maximum to avoid the excessive effects of the sun and the winds.
It combines perfectly with red and cooked meats. It can also be taken with blue fish.
