Development of Coto Mayor Crianza
The grapes were specially selected in our vineyards for the elaboration of this wine. The fermentation was thought to achieve an adequate balance between the fruit and the structure of the wine. The objective: to obtain a round wine. Fresh and easy to understand and enjoy after passing through the barrels.
What type of wine is Coto Mayor Crianza
The wine has been at rest for 12 months in American oak barrels (80%) and French oak (20%) of 225 liters. The important thing is to get the right balance between the freshness of the fruit and the sweetness of the barrels used.
El Coto winery
