The project is focused on 25 parcels totaling just 3.5 hectares, all of them in the town of Atauta.
Fields with pre-phylloxera vines were discovered by Bertrand Sourdais when he arrived in the Tierras de Soria in 1999.
The climate generates a special microcosm and blends with the characteristics of a porous clay soil, with calcareous mixtures and Duero sands, whose essence Bertrand Sourdais knows deeply, thanks to the experience accumulated during his numerous vintages.
