Description:
Wine bottle
This wine is made with grapes of the Tempranillo variety, coming mostly from our vineyards in glass. The squeezed and destemmed grape performs the maceration and fermentation in steel tanks under a controlled temperature (27-28ºC) for approximately 10 days.
Malolactic deburring and fermentation in stainless. Aged for 13 months in Bordeaux barrels of French oak. Bottling and subsequent aging of 12 months in the bottle prior to the start of distribution. A very sweet wine, easy to drink

- I am not one to talk about blackcurrant or whatever flavour, just someone who has enjoyed wine for 50 years. This wine left such an impression when I first tasted it four years ago that there are always a few bottles in the cellar. And it is only brought out for special occasions.
