Elaboration of the Mirabrás Blanco wine

Old-fashioned elaboration: sunny, good oak, patience, control and chance in equal parts.
The must is fermented in old chamomile casks and once it is finished, it passes into oak casks and stainless steel tanks for 14 months of aging in contact with its lees and under a fine veil of flower. It is bottled unfiltered, in branch.

What kind of wine is Mirabrás Blanco

White wine. The wine rested on fine lees for a few months, then it was stored in Jerez casks and finally in stainless steel tanks.
