Elaboration of Ontañon Tempranillo Blanco 

Fermentation under a controlled temperature of 16 ºC for 14 days. Once it has fermented, we are going to carry out a series of racking to "clean" it and get to keep the fine lees. The wine is kept in contact with these fine lees for a couple of months to increase the complexity of the wine both on the nose and on the palate.

Our winery, founded more than 30 years ago under a family artisan environment, which still persists today, has a long experience in Riojan viticulture.
Bodegas Ontañon transmits, harvest after harvest, the enthusiasm for the art of good work, with the dedication that a new living being demands after each harvest and deserves until adulthood.

Designation of Origin Ontañon Tempranillo Blanco 

It belongs to the DO Rioja, a denomination that dates from the end of the 19th century, but which was not officially formed until 1925. The area that hosts this denomination of origin includes the autonomous communities of Rioja and the Basque Country.
The grapes produced in this denomination are: Tempranillo, Garnacha Tinta, Mazuelo, Graciano and Maturana Tinta.
The wines of this denomination are characterized by being fresh, aromatic wines, with an excellent vessel and above all they are very balanced wines.
Rioja wines are easy to drink wines.
