It has been operating under this name since 1954. Initially the wines were sold in bulk, but in 1957 the first studies were already carried out to install a bottling plant, which was inaugurated in 1962.

The Cariñena denomination of origin wine has an exceptional geographical location of its vineyards, since the part of the Ebro Valley connection with Levante is located, as well as in the north-south route that structures the Aragonese territory. We located Cariñena in the Ebro Valley, with an area of ??14,388 hectares of vineyards. Being an inland territory, the area's climate is defined as medium temperate, so that winters are cold and summers are very hot. The Cariñena field is an area specially equipped for the production of red and rosé wines, as well as natural sweet wines. A meal with friends or a family celebration will be complete if we add a Cariñena wine.

Night harvest. We harvest this variety at nightfall to take advantage of the low temperatures at night. In this way we get the grapes to enter the winery as cold as possible and we can start their cold maceration as soon as possible to achieve a greater extraction of the aromas that are hidden in the skins. Afterwards, we carefully separate the skin from the grape and the racking and take the must to the controlled fermentation tank where it will sleep between 30 days and 30 nights. Without waking him up, we started a small aging on lees, the true secret of our winemaker.
