Wine making Pirineos Tinto 

Deposits: Stainless steel. Temperature: 25ºC Time: 4-6 days Selected dry yeast. Production process: The grapes are harvested in an aromatic window of fresh fruit. Fermentation and maceration for 4 days to extract all the color and anthocyanins. Bleeding and continuation of the fermentation without skins at a mild temperature (24ºC).
