The Moncayo Wines winery
Moncayo Wines, selects and produces garnachas in the heart of Campo de Borja, respecting and taking care of its vineyards. Centennial vineyards, of dry land, conducted in the traditional way in glass. Low production strains, between 40 and 80 years old, in poor and well-oriented soils and in small plots at an altitude between 500 and 700 meters, located in the foothills of Moncayo, in the municipality of Ainzón, at the foot of the mythical Moncayo Cold winters and hot summers, with significant thermal jumps, between day and night, in the grape ripening period. The Cierzo, cold north wind, low rainfall, and soil diversity, give Garnacha a special character and complexity, being in its ideal natural habitat.
