Elaboration of Ramon Bilbao Ed Limitada Verdejo
Fermentation maceration for 8-10 hours at 6ºC in an inert atmosphere. Alcoholic fermentation at 16ºC in concrete tulips. Transferred to barrels with its own lees with resuspension in batonnage once a week.

The Ramon Bilbao winery
The winery is located in the town of Haro, the cradle and center of Rioja wines.
It was founded in 1924 by the Bilbao Murga family. It can be considered one of the pioneering wineries in the production of barrel-aged wines. It is one of the most traditional wineries in the Rioja Alta area.
Since 1999 the winery belongs to the Diego Zamora SA group
It currently has a production of 3,000,000 bottles.

The Rueda designation of origin is located in the provinces of Valladolid, Segovia and Ávila.
The grapes, Verdejo, Sauvignon Blanc, Viura and Palomino Fino are produced there.
It has 11,700 hectares of vineyards and 55 wine-producing wineries.
Its white wines are world famous, although red and rosé wines are also produced.
