Special characteristics of the wine:

Elaboration of Tempore Vendimia 

Prepared separately in stainless steel tanks with controlled fermentation at 24º. Macerated between 10 and 12 days, with periodic pumping over. The coupage is made after malolactic fermentation.

The Tempore winery

Bodegas TEMPORE was born from the Yago Aznar Family's passion for wine and vineyards. A family winery based on the experience of four generations of winegrowers who know their vineyards and know that the quality of a wine has to be based on impeccable raw materials. The winery was born in 2002, when the facilities were inaugurated with the first harvest. Our vineyards are cultivated, passed from father to son for more than four generations. Old Grenache vines that coexist with modern plantations that have been incorporated into our farms, always with one premise: quality.

Denomination of origin of the Tempore Vendimia wine

The vineyards of "Vino de la Tierra del Bajo Aragón" occupy a wide area of ??the region where the orography, the acidity of the earth and the climate make our Reds, Rosés and Whites, of great quality and highly appreciated by consumers .
The wines produced in our wineries maintain the qualities of color, aroma and flavor of the wine that was produced centuries ago in this territory.
They preserve all the characteristics of their places of origin and are produced in areas with a long winemaking tradition and of recognized prestige beyond our borders.
During the production of our wines, only varieties of authorized strains that are perfectly adapted to the terrain are used: Cabernet-Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Derechero, Garnacha Blanca, Garnacha Tinta, Macabeo, Mazuela, Merlot, Syrah and Tempranillo.

Variety: 80% Garnacha and 20% Tempranillo
Soils: limestone soils with low levels of organic matter that result in poor soils that provide the characteristic minerality of our wines.
