Special characteristics of the wine:
Elaboration of Torrelongares crianza
The grapes of each variety were harvested separately, by hand, at the optimum moment of maturation, the Tempranillo during the first half of September and the Garnacha during the second half of September. The grapes are destemmed and covered in stainless steel tanks to carry out alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 26ºC for 15 days. Once finished, the wine from the bleeding undergoes malolactic fermentation and is then placed in French and American oak barrels for 8 months. Later it was bottled under the strictest hygienic conditions and has remained in the bottle aging since then.
