Very dry sparkling that reveals the calcareous of the region and that surprises by the freshness, possibly contributed by those so special soils of the Marco de Jerez.

The Barbadillo winery

It begins in 1821. The year 1827 represented a milestone in the winery and in the entire province of Cádiz. That year the name Manzanilla appeared for the first time.
Barbadillo is a 100% family winery and is one of the oldest family businesses in Spain.

Cádiz is a geographical indication used to designate the table wines of the Andalusian wine-growing region of Cádiz, which includes the municipalities of Arcos de la Frontera, Chiclana de la Frontera, Chipiona, El Puerto de Santa María, Jerez de la Frontera, Vejer de la Frontera, Prado del Rey, Puerto Real, Rota Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Olvera, Setenil, Villamartín, Bornos, Trebujena and San José del Valle, in the province of Cádiz, Spain.
