Elaboration Viñas del Vero Syrah Collection 

In the last week of September the Syrah grapes reached the necessary maturity for the elaboration of a wine of these characteristics. The harvest took place in the first hours of the day, and immediately after, the bunches were destemmed and refrigerated until 8ºC to make a maceration three days before the fermentation. Then, the must fermented in contact with the skins for 9 days. After the discovery of the deposit, only the flower wine was chosen to take it to oak barrels, where it remained for 10 months. After emptying the barrels, the wine was left for a while in storage and finally was bottled in October 2017.
