Where is the Xarel.lo wine made?
It is a very traditional variety of the Penedès region and the Camp de Tarragona, used for the production of cava with grape varieties of Macabeo and Parellada. The grape is contributed xarel cava body and structure.
The wine made from this grape is often aromatic, balanced, silky and tasty. You can ferment in barrel but does not work as a young wine.
