Wine characteristics
The fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 16ºC for 21 days, remaining on its fine lees until stabilization and bottling.

Paco & Lola is a winery founded in 2005 on the initiative of a group of winegrowers and wine producers from the O Salnés region, who decided to professionalize their production. This cooperative is called “Sociedad Cooperativa Vitivinícola Arousana” and is currently made up of more than 400 members, being the most important cooperative by number of members of the D.O. Rías Baixas.
The winery has 200 hectares of its own vineyard spread over more than 1800 plots, characteristics of the Galician smallholding and located entirely in the "Val do Salnés" sub-area.
Rías Baixas is a designation of origin belonging to the Galicia region. Specifically, it forms the coastal part of a part of Galicia, concerning the province of La Coruña, the province of Pontevedra up to the Vigo estuary.
The Albariño grape variety has been cultivated in these lands for more than 1000 years, and the existence of Albariño wines has been known since the 12th century. Bo octante is from the middle of the 20th century, when this variety spreads throughout the territory.
In the 80s, the Rías Baixas Regulatory Council and the Rias Baixas Designation of Origin were created.

Made with grapes from vineyards between 20 and 40 years old.
The vineyards are grown on loamy, sandy, granitic and slightly acidic soils.
Ideal with appetizers, sushi, pasta, fish, rice, white meat and seafood.
Perfect to accompany all kinds of meals or to take as snacks.
Good value for money
Its alcohol content is 13º vol, and it is recommended to drink between 8º-10º wine temperature.
