Alcoholic fermentation in a cement tank, with a controlled temperature between 25-28º C. The bleeding and the press are separated, with manual devatting and by gravity.
Red wine aged 9 months in French and American oak barrels, 18 months in the bottle.

El Campo de Borja is located in the northwest of the province of Zaragoza, 60 km from the capital.
It is a transition zone between the mountains of the Iberian System and the Ebro Valley.

Huecha River and the so-called Llanos de Plasencia.

Made with vineyards over 40 years old, located in the town of Tabuenca at an altitude of 700m, one of the highest areas of the D.O. Borgia Field. Clay-ferrous soil and terrace. Continental climate with winter Atlantic influence and Mediterranean summer influence. Mild days, cool nights and little rainfall.
To take with grilled and barbecue meats, red meats, sausages and cured cheeses.
