Elaboration of Aura Verdejo 

Night harvest to guarantee that the grapes enter the cellar at a temperature between 10 and 15ºC, given that the lower the temperature, the greater the protection of the varietal aromas.
Before the pressing is done a film maceration at low temperature to extract all the aromatic characteristics of the Verdejo from the skin. After the fermentation, it is aged on fine lees in storage to gain complexity and volume in the mouth. Part of the grape is cooled to preserve and extract the aromatic characteristics of the variety. The combination of these two ways of processing the grape makes the wine gain in freshness, breadth and elegance.

Located in the municipality of Rueda. There are few wineries in the world where the harvest begins when the sun goes down. This is the case of Bodegas Aura, which owes its name to the luminous veil covering the cluster at dusk. Founded in 2000, its work philosophy is based exclusively on the production of high-expression white wines.
