The slightly crushed grape macerates in cold and undergoes its malolactic fermentation in French oak vats, with a 12-day maceration and soft pumping over.

The wines of La Maldita seek to recover the heritage of Rioja, showing that it is a land of excellent Grenache. Vineyards of red and white garnacha from the municipalities of Tudelilla (Rioja Baja), Villamediana, Alberite (Rioja Central), Badarán, San Asensio and San Vicente (Rioja Alta).

It belongs to the DO Rioja, a denomination that dates from the end of the 19th century, but which was not officially formed until 1925. The area that hosts this denomination of origin includes the autonomous communities of Rioja and the Basque Country.
