Native yeasts, fermentation in open fermentors and malolactic in French oak barrels.
The fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks.
Aging of 7 months on their lias.

Grupo Jorge Ordóñez is a group of eight wineries that produce wines from grapes grown in thirteen different denominations of origin in Spain. All the wineries are owned and operated by Jorge Ordóñez.
The philosophy of this project is the production of artisanal wines from the oldest vineyards of the autochthonous grapes of Spain.
Ribera del Duero, a denomination located in Castilla y León, along the Duero river. It occupies the provinces of Valladolid, Burgos, Segovia and Soria.
Variety: Ink of the country (tempranillo 100%).
