Elaboration of Mariguena Blanco

Grapes crushed and refrigerated up to 7ºC. After pressing to obtain the greenish-white must, it was naturally decanted and, after 24 hours, passed to the fermentation tank. After 4 days, it was interrupted by refrigeration to maintain its own sugar level. Later it was filtered and clarified.

The Viñas del Vero winery 

Viñas del Vero offers a wide range of quality wines thanks to the dedication and care with which we work throughout the production process, from the vine to the glass.
Currently, Viñas de Vero is the first winery in the Somontano appellation for its volume and quality of production. The company has one of the largest areas of its own vineyard in Spain, and is one of the reference wineries both for its technology and for the style of its wines.

From the DO Somontano, the wines of this region are developed in areas with cold winters and hot summers. In spring and autumn sudden temperature changes are frequent. The average annual temperature is 11 degrees centigrade.

Varieties: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Macabeo, Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Garnacha Blanca and Alcañón.
The harvest was carried out at dawn and transported very quickly to the winery to preserve all the fresh and fruity aromas of the grapes themselves
