Special features of the wine:
Pre-fermentative cold maceration. Alcoholic fermentation in a reduced capacity tank, for 18 days at a maximum temperature of 26 °. One part with carbonic maceration of whole grapes and the rest destemmed. Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tank. 12 months of barrel aging. The wine has not undergone any stabilization process. Light filtration before bottling.

The grapes produced in this denomination are: Tempranillo, Garnacha tinta, Mazuelo, Graciano and Maturana tinta
The wines of this denomination are characterized for being fresh, aromatic wines, with an excellent ship and above all they are very balanced wines.
Rioja wines are easy to drink wines.

From vineyards of an average of 35 years.
Grapes from vineyards located in Samaniego, with an average altitude of 580m. Combination of clay-calcareous soils and gravel, ocher color. The structure of the subsoil is formed by several layers of white rock.
To take with meats, sausages and semi-cured cheeses.
