Where is Tempranillo grape wine made?
The two main growing regions are La Rioja tempranillo in the center of northern Spain and Ribera del Duero, which is a little further south and west. Tempranillo is the main component of a typical blend of Rioja and is 90-100% of the Ribera del Duero wines.
