Where is the godello wine made?
The Godello grape is the main white variety of the Denomination of Origin Valdeorras and Bierzo. However, its cultivation is authorized in other areas of Galicia.
Therefore, it is better adapted to growth in dry soils.
If we talk about the white wines produced by the godello grape, we say that they are characterized by being fine and delicate, with a great body and that reach a rather low graduation, from 11.5 to 12.5 degrees, and a balanced acidity.
It also has intense fruity aromas (reminiscent of the apple) and floral aromas, with mineral and herbal touches and yellow-green nuances.
