Produced from the selection of the best grapes from each of our payments, it combines the richness of Tempranillo, the intensity of Syrah and the elegance of Cabernet Sauvignon.
Aged between 16 and 22 months in French and American oak barrels, the wood provides notes of cedar, and roasting.

Our wines, produced from the selection of the best grapes of our payments, are a firm commitment to terroir wines.
Our philosophy of work lies in the vinification by payments. The soil of each of our 54 plots has a different composition: clays on the riverbank, pebbles and sands along the slope, gravel in the lower layers, limestone on the heights ... Therefore, each payment receives a unique variety of carefully selected grapes to extract the best of the earth.
Denomination of Origin VT Castilla Leon
It comes from the DO VT of Castilla y León. It is located in Tudela de Duero (Valladolid), in the heart of the Douro river valley.
The cultivation area is 70 hectares, with a yield per hectare of about 4,000 kilos.
The grape
The vineyards are scattered on the slopes of north orientation, climbing from the shore to heights that reach 850 meters. This altitude difference, combined with the different soil types, produces variations in the yield of each payment, obtaining grapes of very different qualities.
With strains that are more than twenty years old, we have been reaching the maturity of our wines. In this time we have learned to know in detail each of the payments that are part of our farm, studied its characteristics and planting the grape varieties that best adapt to each land.
