Wines from the Ayles Protected Designation of Origin
In 2011, the Aylés Estate Wine was recognized in the Autonomous Community of Aragon and registered with the European Union as the Aylés Protected Designation of Origin.
The estate covers 46 hectares of land located in the municipality of Mezalocha (Zaragoza).
The varieties authorized for its production are:
Grenacha Tinta
Tempranillo
Cabernet Sauvignon
Merlot
The diverse composition of the wines from this designation provides more intense aromas in the young wines, as well as greater fruit identification in the crianzas, compared to other wines from the surrounding area.
