Special features of the wine:
The vintage of the harvest is carried out during the second week of October, discarding at the end of July the excess of bunches in each vine, leaving a small quantity that arrives in optimum conditions of concentration to the harvest.
After the selection of the clusters in the cellar and subsequent maceration (8-10 hours), it is fermented with indigenous yeasts from the base of the vat made days before at a low temperature and very prolonged in time.

Denomination of origin
Rías Baixas is a designation of origin belonging to the region of Galicia. Specifically the form the coastal part of a part of Galicia, concerning the province of La Coruña, the province of Pontevedra to the Ria de Vigo.
The variety of Albariño grapes has been cultivated in these lands for more than 1000 years, and since the 12th century the existence of Albariño wines has been known. Bo octante is from the mid-twentieth century, when this variety extends throughout the territory.
