The Albariño Frore de Carme double lías 2010 corresponds to a vintage qualified by the Denomination of Origin LOW RIVERS as Very Good The vineyards are distributed in privileged areas within the varied Orography of the Salnés Valley. The vintage of the harvest of 2010 was during the second and third September, two months before a pre-harvest, discarding in each plant the Excess of clusters, to leave a small amount that arrives in optimal conditions of Concentration to the collection dates. After the selection of the clusters in Bodega and later Maceration (8-10 hours) is fermented with native yeasts from the bottom of Cuba Done days before at a low temperature and very prolonged in time. It was in aging on its fine lees, being carried out monthly batonage, in stainless steel, for 1 Year, plus 3 months with lees from the following year (2011), subsequently matured 7 more months in Cuba, being bottled in PRODUCED: 19,138 bottles; TYPE OF PREPARATION: Skin maceration, aging on lees in stainless steel tank with batonage;
