Appearance: Its color is a spectacle in itself: luminous hues ranging from pale pink with pearly reflections to bright salmon, always with a crystalline transparency that hints at its freshness and purity.
Nose: It offers a high aromatic intensity, with an expressive palette of fresh red fruits (strawberries, raspberries, cherries), floral touches (roses, violets), and, in some cases, subtle citrus or herbaceous notes that add freshness. If it has fermented in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures, these aromas are presented with vibrant clarity.
Palate: On the palate, it is refreshing and lively, with a long finish, resulting in a fleshy wine with very balanced acidity. On the retronasal, the red fruit and floral notes reappear.

Production of Ontañon Rosado de Lagrima

Maceration: The grapes are destemmed and placed in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 12ºC, where they macerate for a period of four to six hours until the desired color is achieved in the must.

Fermentation: Alcoholic fermentation lasts for 15-18 days.
