Founded in 1981, it is located in the Salnés Valley, in the heart of the Rías Baixas (Galicia).
It is a beautiful neoclassical building covered in blue tiles with a marked Indian influence, facing north, protected from the hot rays of the south and surrounded by old Albariño vines.
It is undoubtedly one of the first and most beautiful châteaux in Galicia, where fine materials blend with the landscape and the architecture serves the best grapes.
The GRANBAZÁN Winery was founded in Galicia more than 35 years ago, thanks to an ambitious winemaking project whose goal was to achieve wines that could reliably sustain the privileged climatic conditions found in those lands and that would result in an excellent wine.

Valdeorras is a designation of origin whose production area is located in the northeastern part of the province of Orense. It comprises eight municipalities. Irrigated by the Sil River, it obtained the designation of origin status in 1945.
