The personality and style of our sparkling wines are determined by our soil, the autochthonous varieties and the biodynamic viticulture, which favors the biodiversity, energy and life of the estate to the maximum. It is our soils of marine origin that give our wines more typicality, giving them saline and mineral notes that make them different from sparkling wines from other terroirs in the world.

Denomination of origin of Raventós i Blanc de Nit 

DO. Conca del Riu Anoia is the name of a geographical area with some common characteristics: an ancient wine-growing history; geological history of soil formation; autochthonous varieties; climate of the eastern Penedés. Sincere wines fruit of a farm, of soils, a climate and local grapes.

Grape variety used in Raventós i Blanc de Nit 

It uses the grape varieties: 40% Xarel.lo, 34% Macabeo, 19% Parellada and 7% Monastrell.
Biodynamic viticulture. Vineyards with spontaneous plant covers, which give biodiversity, fertility and life to the soil. We provide manure from our animals, composted in winter. We do the short pruning in glass.
