Román winery was born out of the enthusiasm of the Román Family and its passion for oenology, agriculture and a job well done. In its beginnings, the Román Family began the elaboration of its wines in a self-taught way, fruit of its passion for agriculture and oenology.

With the passage of time our selection processes were improving to select the best quality grapes and make our own wines.
The wines of Román winery are made with a selection of grapes from the best vineyards owned by the family located on the slopes of Moncayo, specifically in the terms of Tabuenca and Bulbuente.
At Román winery we have set out to make an honest, quality, hand-crafted wine that gathers the know-how of so many centuries of winemaking tradition in the area.
