Casa del Valle winery represents the heritage of the culture and philosophy of the Châteaux. From this area of Castilla La Mancha, we produce wines following the philosophy of the Pago Wines with grapes from the 82 hectares of new vineyards that surround a winery with spectacular views. Due to its good breeding behavior and its way of adapting to our production characteristics, we chose the Sauvignon Blanc (white), Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah (inks) varieties. From them we can make wines of deep character and personality, thinking about new tastes, new consumers, new sensations that we want to transmit to those who live the world of wine with curiosity and complete freedom.
