Finca Moncloa is the result of the González family's concern for the world of quality wine, and represents a commitment to recover the wine traditions lost in the area over the years.
Proof of these are the trials in experimental plots, of white and red varieties, which González Byass carried out since 1972 in his vineyards in Jerez de la Frontera. The good results obtained in these trials led to the acquisition, in the year 2000, of a 45-hectare plot in the Arcos de la Frontera area (Cádiz), for the planting of red varieties for the production of high-quality wines.
