The Saavedra family, owner of the winery, has a history of 4 generations treating the land and the vines, improving the product day by day since the 19th century. This experience of working with grapes they decided to turn to the production of their own wines, since they were previously members of a cooperative winery in the region where they delivered what was produced at the vintage. The new generation Saavedra accepted the challenge and founded the new Luis Saavedra Ecological Winery.
