Moncayo Wines, selects and produces Garnachas in the heart of Campo de Borja, respecting and caring for its vineyards. Centennial vineyards, rainfed, conducted in the traditional glass. Low production vines, between 40 and 80 years old, in poor and well-oriented soils and in small plots at an altitude between 500 and 700 meters, located in the foothills of the Moncayo, in the municipality of Ainzón, at the foot of the mythical Moncayo. Cold winters and hot summers, with significant thermal jumps, between day and night, in the ripening period of the grape. El Cierzo, cold north wind, the scarce rainfall, and the diversity of soils, give the Garnacha a special character and complexity, being in its ideal natural habitat.
