Wines from the Pago Finca Elez Designation of Origin

This vineyard is located in El Bonillo, Albacete. It is one of the first, if not the first, vineyards in Spain, situated at an altitude of over 900 meters. It produces very distinctive wines, and to achieve this, the winery must dedicate itself to the finest viticulture to create complex and structured wines in a very extreme climate.

It was recognized as a Vino de Pago (Vino de Pago) in July 2002 by the Government of Castilla-La Mancha. This designation requires all wines to undergo three different types of external controls (oraloleptic, analytical, and traceability) before being released to the market under this designation.
