Pazo de Barrantes

Pazo de Barrantes

The origins of the Pazo de Barrantes, Galician palace owned Creixell Family, dating from the sixteenth century. While viticulture was part of its history, it was not until 1991 when Vicente Cebrian Sagarriga, Count of Creixell, laid the foundation stone of a winery but perfect keeps architectural keeping with the original Manor House which is a few meters, houses the latest technology for the development of an Albariño wine of the highest quality. It is from 1996 when, after his sudden death, his sons take over running this family project in the hands of the Marqués de Murrieta Rioja winery, consolidating the presence of their wines among the best white wines in the world.
