Special characteristics of the wine:
Made from Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez. After aging separately in their respective soleras for 12 years, the two wines are combined to age again in a 45-boot Solera located in the cellar's Sacristy.
Sweet profile wine with a long aging.
Bodegas Lustau is considered today a worldwide reference when speaking of top quality wines. In recent years Lustau has been awarded with many international awards. The awards for Best Spanish Winery of 2011 and Best Winery of Jerez in 2014 and 2016 awarded in London by the International Wine & Spirit Competition stand out.
Jerez-Xérès-Sherry is the Spanish wine designation of origin that legally protects the upbringing and marketing of part of the wines traditionally called sherry.
On January 19, 1935 the first regulation of the denomination was published, which served as a model for other Spanish denominations that emerged later.
Variety: 80% Palomino Fino and 20% Pedro Ximenez
Our vineyards receive around 3,000 hours of sunshine each year, accompanied by a relatively high rainfall (600 liters per square meter on average per year). Limestone earth of a very white color.

Ideal to accompany, cheese boards, foie gras or desserts.
It is recommended to serve in a wide glass, with a lot of ice and a slice of orange.
As an aperitif and before meals.
Acceptable price.
Graduation of 20º of vol.
Recommended to consume at 10º-12º. Store in places with good ventilation and cool. Keep in vertical position once opened.
