Varieties: Chardonnay 94% and Gewürztraminer 6%
The grapes of Chardonnay and Gewürztraminer are harvested separately once they reach their optimum ripeness point. Upon reaching the cellar, a light crushing and a very soft pressing is carried out. The musts are clarified by gravity for 48 hours to eliminate coarse lees and the remains of pips to avoid herbaceous aromas.
