Reception of the grapes in the winery, destemmed-crushed with a light pressing to extract the yolk must. A very light clari?cation is carried out, aided by cold, before going directly to fermentation in French oak barrels of 500 and 300 liters capacity. Spontaneous fermentation with its own yeasts. From the barrel it goes through stainless steel tanks where it is later clarified, stabilized and filtered to finish with its bottling. Bodegas y Viñedos Ángel Lorenzo Cachazo is located in the town of Pozaldez, province of Valladolid, and is part of the Denomination of Origin Rueda-the first D.O. white wines from Spain and a great wine tradition.
