This wine is a Garnacha monovarietal (100%) from two wineries belonging to the winery, Monte Alto and La Sarda, planted on slate floors and terraces. These vineyards are located on the slopes of the Iberian Range, in the foothills of the Moncayo. As for the elaboration, the traditional method is followed.
Everything starts with a cold maceration for 24 hours. Subsequently, a fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature of 28 ° C and a maceration for 2 weeks.
