Elaboration Reyes de Aragón Gran Reserva 

Once the varieties are harvested by hand and separately, they are crushed and destemmed. Once in the stainless steel tanks, all the flower must will be extracted within a few hours, so that it ferments separately at a temperature of 16º, in this way we obtain the base wine. A second fermentation takes place in the bottle itself at 15ºC.

The Langa winery

Cava sparkling wines are produced in Spain. The region best known for the production of cavas is Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, within the Alto Penedés region. From this region, most of the national production of cava is obtained.

Made with grapes 25% Macabeo and 75% Chardonnay, on a stony and clayey soil. The production per hectare is between 6000 and 8000 kgr.
The age of the vineyards is between 30 to 40 years.
