Alianza de Garapiteros
The basic measure of capacity for wine was the liter. The garapiteros were responsible for measuring the wine in case of sale. The office was auctioned off and used to gather four garapiteros. They were paid in kind, wine or money.
One of them had ten liter jugs, decaliters, or botos shoulder with four or five liters or more botos amount racking up 40 liters.
